Points to Note:

1. By application for and/or participation in GALAXY Program, you are deemed to have read and agreed with these terms and conditions under the application form.

2. Successful applicants will receive a confirmation email by 23:59, 28 September, 2022 through email.

3. Personal details provided by applicants will only be used for volunteer services arrangement and will not be disclosed or forwarded to any external organization.

4. Applicants have to complete their own service project within said period and achieve over 80% attendance rate can refund 50% of the registration fee.

5. In case of disputes, Leo Club of Hong Kong (Host) reserves the rights of final decision, including suspending, terminating or changing details of The activity and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
